1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service outlined here. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not access or otherwise use the service or any information contained on the platform.
2. AI-Assisted Augmentation Tool
The user understands and agrees that the AI system provided in our platform is an assistive augmentation tool. While our AI system is designed to help with RFx analysis and identifying opportunities, the accuracy of its results is not guaranteed and all output must be reviewed and verified by the user.
3. Legal Advice
The user acknowledges that the AI system does not provide legal advice. Any analysis, reports, or data provided by the platform does not constitute legal advice, and should not be relied upon in lieu of professional legal counsel.
4. Abuse of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform to any user found to be abusing the app or service. Subscription plans allocates one seat per user subscription. We emphasize that each workspace is designated for a single, specific opportunity and should not be repurposed for alternate uses. To ensure fair and intended use of our services, we employ a median metric across all users, including but not limited to total token generated, to establish a standard of 'fair use.' We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to account sharing or misusing workspaces. Such actions will be at our discretion, following a thorough investigation to confirm misuse or abuse of our services.
5. Web Scraping
We do not permit web scraping activities on our platform. Any users found to be engaged in such activities will have their access to the platform terminated immediately.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.
7. Warranties
GovAIQ, a beta product of G2Xchange Labs, is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any express or implied warranties of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or course of performance. G2Xchange, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the product will function uninterrupted, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the results of using the product will meet your requirements.
